Singing in the Rain

When I saw the fog of a rainy day spreading out across the valley by my home, I knew I had to take advantage of the opportunity. I went for a walk in the woods...I was surrounded by moody greens and web-like branches. The fog was a night-grey blue over the water, tumbling and rolling in waves. Sheets of ice soared past me like glacier shavings.

Drudging up memories from Wales when we drove off the road on top of a mountain. Nothing for miles, silence, fog, mist, happiness.

 February 13th 2013...an absolutely spectacular Mumford and Sons concert

 March 3rd...waterfall at the nearby state park

The lake was covered with a thin sheet of ice in the middle. The signs still were up warning people not to dive, and the boats sat lined up as though they had only just been put away
